The City Clerk will provide BIDs within the City of Los Angeles guidance on City policies concerning BID procedures and management so they can effectively deliver services and meet their stated goals. These policies are intended to reinforce and complement State law or other City policies and are subject to revision when necessary. BIDs are encouraged to review these policies and contact our office for any questions.
