The Business Improvement District Division of the Office of the City Clerk manages the Business Improvement District Program and provides various types of assistance and information to interested parties.
Newsletter: In order to keep Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), their stakeholders, and the public informed on all that will be happening in the coming year, we will be issuing quarterly newsletters, where we expect to highlight the latest developments in the City Clerk’s BID operations.
Policies & Guidlines: The City Clerk will provide BIDs within the City of Los Angeles guidance on City policies concerning BID procedures and management so they can effectively deliver services and meet their stated goals. These policies are intended to reinforce and complement State law or other City policies and are subject to revision when necessary. BIDs are encouraged to review these policies and contact our office for any questions.
