PCN Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble submitting your PCN application, please try the following:

  • Try using a different web browser (Examples: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

  • Clear your web browsers cache

  • Reload the form

  • Make sure all fields are filled out

  • The email address provided is in the correct format. (Example: sample@abccompany.com)

  • Attachments are in PDF and Excel format

  • Make sure the combined attachments do not exceed 90 MB
