Claim for Refund of $5,000 or less

Pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 22.13 all claims for refunds of $5,000 or less must be filed with the City Clerk within 12 months after the date of payment. A Claim for Refund can be submitted using the form and is processed by the City department against which the Claim is being filed. Questions regarding already-filed Claims for Refund should be addressed to that City department.
